May I have a few minutes of your time? I'll be as quick as possible.
This Friday, April 15, 2022 is the last day to participate in the Family Survey for the New York City Department of Education. I appreciate that over 430 families have participated already. We believe we can double that by Friday with your help.

Type in your child's ID# found on their report card and New York City Schools account, program card or Pupilpath. You must type it as f0123444789
Use a lower case letter "f" followed by the nine-digit student ID# we call OSIS#.
If more than one child attends our school you will need to fill a survey for each child.
This will only take a few minutes of your time and it is very much appreciated. Once your survey is submitted print the confirmation page of send a screen shot to Parent Coordinator, Mrs. Joann Turano who will keep track of the highest percent of return for each class. The highest class returns will earn ice cream or other snack at lunch time in the month of May.
