Dear Parents/Guardians:
It is a pleasure to have you take part in our virtual Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences. I trust that your time with your child’s teachers will be beneficial. Here at Barnes, our motto is “The Pride of Great Kills” and everything our dedicated staff does is with your child’s best interest in mind.
This school year is like no other and we ask for your continued support, love, and appreciation for all we are trying to accomplish.
A Teacher will reach out to you with times you selected in advance by phone either on March 9th from 4:30-7:00 PM or March 10th from 12:20-2:20 PM. All NYC Teachers have been asked to conduct conferences remotely and may not be physically present in our school during these meetings.
Please understand due to the nature of these Parent-Teacher Conferences, it is necessary to set time limits. Please make an appointment with a Teacher if there is a need to speak longer.
Teachers maintain office hours for parent engagement once a week from 7:30AM to 8:00AM and can set this up with you.
