Submit the lunch form

Dear I.S. 24 Families,

 

We have had over 1,000 families complete the school lunch forms already. Thank you to the families who have supported us in this matter. We still need your help. We have a goal of 100% completion, and we have less than 340 forms to still collect. WE CAN DO IT!!!

 

We need your help! Please use the link below to submit the lunch form for your child(ren) if you have not done so already. It is quick and easy and the results of submitting the form are within 24 hours.

 

Although breakfast and lunch are free in our school these forms are used to provide information which can be used to receive further financial assistance to a school. We appreciate your time to help us in this matter.
