Dear I.S.24 Parent/Guardian,
This is a final notice!
Breakfast and lunch are free for students at our school. We are kindly asking all families to complete the online form in the link below so our school can receive funding for the program as well as Federal Title I funding if we qualify.
If you bring lunch from home, are learning remotely this school year, or will be eating lunch in school please use the link below to apply as you do each year. We need your assistance to collect this information no matter what learning model you are in. If you have a child(ren) in the school an application is necessary for every child. We are just 188 forms from a 100% completion. We can do this!
A special thanks to all the families who have already submitted the application to keep our school in compliance with collection of this information. We ask that you please support us by completing the application for your child(ren) on or before December 23, 2020 if you have not done so as of yet.
