Remote Learning Survey

I hope this finds you well and safe. We are starting the fifth week of remote learning this week and we trust that many students have fully adjusted as best they can. This will not be perfect but we do hope all students are trying the best they can.
The NYC Department of Education would like your feedback during Remote Learning. Please participate in a online survey if you can by May 1, 2020. The survey is anonymous and is to provide schools and the DoE feedback.
We invite all students in grades 6-12 and all parents/guardians of students in grades 3-K through 12 to participate. For more information about the survey, and to access the survey itself, visit https://www.schools.nyc.gov/RLsurvey. If parents/guardians or students do not have access to internet to complete the survey online, they can call 311 to take the survey via phone.

Some notes regarding this survey.

+Families that have more than one child attending a school should complete the survey on behalf of their eldest child. Families should complete only one survey per school per household.

+Review the family survey(Open external link) or student survey(Open external link) to learn more about the questions on the survey.

+Each school will receive a report that summarizes family and student responses to the survey. Survey results are intended help schools understand student and family needs and to plan improvements to remote learning over the coming weeks.

We thank you in advance and hope your feedback will help us plan the last few weeks of the school year.

Respectfully,

Lenny Santamaria

Principal
